Cancellation Policy

  • Pickup requests can be cancelled before the service process begins.
  • Once garments are collected or processing has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of confirmed service failure.
  • All refund requests are subject to management approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service completion.
  • Minor dissatisfaction caused by fabric nature or wear & tear.
  • Delays due to unavoidable or external circumstances.

Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original mode of payment or any other method decided by Mourya Dry Cleaners.
